Wednesday start the season on fire and are top of the League after four matches.  However they then go eight matches without a win.  David Pleat responds by bringing in the mercurial Benito Carbone in October and Wednesday go on a twelve match unbeaten run.  Wednesday finish the season in a promising 7th place.
