Wednesday's first season after relegation from the 1st Division is a mixed one.  Clearly the Wednesday directors are hoping to bounce straight back to the top tier as Danny Williams is somewhat harshly sacked by chairman Sir Andrew Stephen with the team 13th in the League.  Wednesday legend Derek Dooley is appointed manager and the team limp to 15th place by the end of the season.
